                            Support

Often a mentoring relationship will surface issues that require deeper exploration, and which are not appropriate for the mentoring relationship itself.

In these cases—whether you’re a mentor or a protégé—you want to reach out to someone skilled at coaching and counseling around the issues women face in the workplace.
