What is Change Leadership?

Change Leadership is the ability not just to "manage" change but to use it as a tool to create new possibilities and results. It's possible by understanding and using group dynamics to engage and enroll the power of many people to help you reach a goal everyone is motivated to achieve.

The CORE PRACTICES in this section include:

  • Group Grounding - Enables you to engage the group is agreeing on the starting point for change so that perspectives shift less frequently as change begins
  • Group Compact - Engaging the group on agreements for how to move forward also reduce liklihood for disconnects down the road
  • Motivation Mapping - Helps you and others identify the "why's" of the effort that matter most to the people who must lead the change and receive it
  • Enrollment Mapping - Helps you identify and engage stakeholders who will be integral to the effort's success
  • Group Intentions - Provide you a format for gaining consensus around the desired outcome, that provide guidance along the way when you hit the inevitable "bumps" in the road
  • Self-Other Growth - Allows you to make the process dynamic and constantly feeding the development objectives that you and others have that only this change process can achieve.
