Weekly Reflections
When my clients learned to reflect on a frequent basis on what's going well, what's not going well, and what they're learning in the process, they become more effective and our coaching conversations become deeper. I encourage you to use this simple approach for several weeks, and incorporate this kind of reflection into your personal practice. It will make you a better manager and leader, and it will make you a better person.
