Manage Your Energy, Not Your Time

Learn the difference between time and energy, and how to manage your energy even when your time is tight.

LESSON

Equal units of time do not always take equal units of energy. Begin to balance your time and energy budgets separately. This is an excellent way to use your time "wisely" in order to achieve more balanced energy throughout the week and lower your stress because you always have the energy you need.

HOMEWORK

Use the attached quick "cheat sheet"  for at least one week to help you manage and balance your energy. Take a few moments each day through the week to plan your time in order to achieve an energy balance. Reflect at the end of the week to see how different this week was, because you focused on balancing your energy.
