What is Personal Mastery?

Personal Mastery is the ability to manage your inner resources - your emotions, time, energy, intention and focus - to stay balanced, productive and adaptive as the world changes around you. When you have Personal Mastery you are much more productive and able to balance work, life and career.

The CORE PRACTICES in this section include:

  • Commitment & Grounding - Setting a realistic goal you WILL meet

  • Emotional Detriggering - Removing your own emotional baggage and triggers to see a person or situation for what it is

  • Daily Intentions - Using the power of your right brain intentions for daily productivity

  • Energy Integrity Formula - Learning to commit to others in integrity to manage your personal time and energy budget

  • Transforming Beliefs - Identifying beliefs that are inhibiting your progress and transforming them into those that enable your growth

  • Mindfulness at Work  - Developing the insight and skill to constantly reflect and improve on yourself and your performance without becoming overly critical

Watch the video above to understand how Personal Mastery fits into - and forms the foundation of - the InPower Leadership Model.
