Week 2: What you need to know about unconscious bias and discrimination

Ready for Lesson 2 on The Guide to Authentic Feminine Leadership? This lesson on Unconscious Bias really isn't the downer you might be worried about. This week you'll use your journal to explore some of your own biases and the ones you see--inside your brain and among family, friends and co-workers--that you've allowed to limit you. What mind trick will you discover to reframe your opportunity to succeed?
