  • What thoughts and feelings do you have that are aligned with this feeling?
  • What is unaligned?
  • Can any that are unaligned now become aligned so that you can feel safe and have them too?
  • How can you release the rest?
  • How does it feel to know that when you feel safe, others around you benefit?
  • Can you allow yourself to feel safe in a sometimes-unsafe world? What does that feel like?
