Introduction to Meditation: INPower Grounding (10 min)

Learn the INPower practice of deeply relaxing your body and grounding yourself into the support offered by the earth. 

Key experiences:

  • Breathing into this moment of time

  • Releasing distractions

  • Deep physical relaxation

  • Bringing your awareness through your body

  • Connecting to what is supporting you

  • Connecting to the earth

  • Releasing tensions into the earth for recycling


This grounding practice is a core component of all INPower meditations. We recommend that you practice it regularly until you can bring yourself into a relaxed and grounded state, connected to the earth at any time.
